Needs minimum 2GB RAM and 50MB free storage. We recommend 4GB RAM or higher for smooth live streaming and multi-table play.

Internet Connection

Works best on 4G or WiFi networks. Live tables require stable 4MB/s for HD streaming. Slot games and account functions work on 3G.

Supported Regions

Absolutely. One account works everywhere. Log in on your phone app and your desktop browser and see the same balance, game history and favourites. Deposits and withdrawals sync instantly across all devices.

Tap the Forgot Password link on the login screen. Enter your email and we'll send a recovery link within seconds. Click it, set a new password, and log in again. The whole process takes under two minutes.

The app requires internet to play live games or slots. However, you can browse slot names, check live table schedules and view your account history offline. Everything syncs when you reconnect.

After you log in with your password, go to Settings > Security and tap Enable Biometric Login. Choose fingerprint or face ID. Next time you open the app, just use your fingerprint or face instead of typing your password.

Push notifications use very little battery, around 1-2% per day. You can customise which notifications you receive in Settings > Notifications to reduce frequency if you prefer fewer alerts.

Live tables work best on 4G or WiFi. On 3G, video may lag or buffer. Slot games work fine on slower connections. If your connection is unstable, try switching to slots or wait until you reach faster WiFi.
